To efficiently establish your event needs all bespoke décor bookings require an in-depth consultation. Consultations will be 60mins duration and incur a minimal £25 fee. A free 15min add on will be provided if necessary. After your consultation an estimate will be provided via email and a 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings secured more than 2 weeks in advance

some hire items will add a conditional money-back guarantee fee to the booking.

Bespoke consultations, 15 min Free + 60 min total time 75 minutes, £25 consultation fee (non-refundable).

Cancellations, Refund, Return and Delivery Policy

1. Clients have the right to cancel at any time however the initial 50% deposit is NOT refundable. If the cancellation is made after products have been purchased the client is entitled to purchased materials and 60% of funds REMAINING.
   
2. Clients are responsible for payment of any services rendered up until the point of cancellation which will be charged at a rate of 30% of the total fee. If the client cancels within seven days of a guaranteed event 40% of the total cost fee is payable to IUE. At any given time if a booking is partially canceled the same charges and percentages apply to all portions of the booking that is canceled.
   
3. Clients have no cancellation rights for any services towards the event already carried out. Clients can cancel up to 14 days after contract confirmation for any reason. Clients are responsible for the cost of any items already purchased for your event after contract confirmation but prior to any cancellation request. At any given time clients are responsible for payments for any services and additional fees or deposits from external providers.
   
4. For distance selling, clients have the right to cancel from the moment payment is made up to seven working days from the day after you entered the contract.
   
5. It is the client's responsibility to pay for and return any items exchanged before written confirmation of cancellation is received by IUE.
   
6. Making any payment whatsoever is a confirmation of the client's agreement to all terms and conditions outlined
   
7. We must be informed in writing within 5 days on any complaint arising from shortages or damages to the consignment in transit
   
8. Returns will not be accepted without prior notice and our written agreement.
   
9. Faulty merchandise will be examined and our decision on the issue of credit is final.
   
10. Returns must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of customised or personalised balloon orders.

11. To initiate a return, please email us at Itsuniqueevents@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. We will consider the return, and let you know if you should send it back to us for further diagnostics. ( buyer pays return postage).

12. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, and run the diagnostic we will notify you of the result and process a refund or credit note to you within 7-10 business days if necessary.

Delivery Policy

13. Some items/services are NOT suitable for delivery !!

14. We ONLY deliver within the UK mainland. Orders below £40 have a £7.99 shipping fee. Other shipping fees may vairy.

15. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery. So that you know – delivery details will be provided via email.

16. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available, a notification will be left at your door and your order will be available for pickup at the nearest depot for a limited time.

17. Three delivery attempts before returning undeliverable orders back to us.

18. Undeliverable items returned to us will not be issued a refund
